1. 2. Uniform feeding will make the material force distribution reasonable, and then make the crusher work smoothly.

Uniform particle size, because when the size of the material differs greatly in geometric size, small materials will protect the large materials from being broken, that is, the phenomenon of fine particle protection, so in order to avoid this phenomenon, the particle size of the feed should be uniform.
4. When the filling rate of the material is too small, powdery particles will appear, causing a certain amount of waste, thereby reducing the effect of lamination and crushing; when the filling rate is too large, the material is too tight and easy to clump, which is not conducive to the crushing.
5. Increase the swing speed of the crushing cone. For the crushing cone, the residence time of the material in the crushing cavity is relatively increased, so that the crushing cavity is always full of materials to be broken. When the crushing cavity is full of materials, even the jaw crusher can produce relatively good-sized crushed products.
