2. After 400 hours of operation of the impact crusher, lubricant should be added appropriately; after 2000 hours of operation, the main shaft assembly should be opened for cleaning; if after 7200 hours of operation, the bearing should be changed.

3. The tightening force of the driving V-belt should be appropriate, and the fixed V-belt should be selected in groups to make the length of each group as consistent as possible.

4. In the operation process, because the impact crusher is a high-speed operation equipment, special attention should be paid to safety.
