The gap between the tooth-shaped liner of the S crushing cavity and the hammer of the rotor body is small, and the material is crushed by friction, impact, shearing, squeezing, etc., and then enters the T crushing cavity for fine crushing. The gap between the tooth-shaped liner of the T crushing cavity and the rotor body is smaller, and the material is also crushed by friction and shearing, and discharged out of the machine.

In terms of structure, PFQ series vortex impact crusher has a large scroll-shaped crushing cavity, P, S, T three coarse, medium and fine crushing sections, and also has:

(1) The rear cavity of the upper frame and the lower frame are equipped with screw or hydraulic opening devices, which can be easily opened and closed by one person. On both sides of the upper and lower frames, there are observation and inspection doors for easy observation and maintenance of equipment;
